Protein Synthesis
Project Description: For this project, our goal was to demonstrate how a certain protein is coded from DNA and made functional. Our protein was Rhodopsin, a protein in the eyes that allow the retinas to detect light. We chose to make an interactive poster, pictured below. The pieces in the plastic bag attach to the poster with putty to present protein synthesis in a unique and easy-to-follow way.
